By now, we have learned how to hone our intent, to balance on the knife edge, to feel when we slip off and to bring ourselves back into balance again. Now is the time to learn to hold the stillness at the boundary point between the polarities: between night and day, summer and winter, whole and unwhole. Here, we learn to unpick the parts of ourselves and bring them together again, cleanly.
