The Foundation Course sets the framework for all the other courses. With the emphasis always on safety and authenticity of experience, you will learn the basic techniques of entering, grounding and shielding, and then of dreaming and journeying.

We use the medicine wheel to give a basic structure, but always with the understanding that what matters is that we build a relationship with the parts of ourselves and integrate them.

With the emphasis always on safe practice, this course is about learning how to ask basic questions and how to ask for help to aid your own growth.

Please note that the venue of this course has been changed. It will now take place at Poulstone Court in Herefordshire. The arrival time for this course is now 6pm.
