Life and Death 22nd – 24th Oct 2021

Life is a gift.  Death is a gift.  Finding the balance between living every moment of our lives in complete acceptance of the inevitability of our deaths *is* the core challenge of existence.

In this intensive residential (in-person) course, we explore that balance: we design our own paths to death along lines taught by the indigenous First Nations of North America, and we use the understanding of that to bring ourselves fully into life.  We Come to understand the dynamics of the Psychopomp’s path and how advanced shamanic practitioners might answer that calling to guide the souls of the dead to the lands beyond life.

This course is held once every three years in conjunction with Chris Luttichau of Northern Drum.  Places are limited, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  You need to have completed a Foundation course with Dreaming Awake to apply but anyone who has done so may come. This is therefore an opportunity to mix with others beyond your gated groups who are at different steps in the cycle.
